✈️ Upon arrival at Cairo International Airport, YourTourGuide will assist you with passport control, baggage claim, and portage. After clearing formalities, you will be comfortably transferred in a private air-conditioned vehicle to your hotel for check-in and relaxation, ready to begin your unforgettable Egyptian journey.

🍽️ After breakfast, meet your private Egyptologist guide for a full-day tour exploring some of Egypt’s most iconic ancient wonders.

Giza Pyramid Complex:

Visit the legendary Giza Plateau, home to the Pyramids of Khufu (Cheops), Khafre (Chephren), and Menkaure (Mycerinus). Explore the three main pyramids, six smaller “queen” pyramids, the Great Sphinx — the world’s largest monumental sculpture carved from a single limestone ridge — and the Valley Temple of Khafre. Dating back to the 4th Dynasty (around 2400 B.C.), this complex offers a glimpse into the ingenuity of ancient Egyptian civilization.

Lunch: Enjoy a delicious meal at one of Cairo’s finest local restaurants, sampling authentic Egyptian cuisine.

Sakkara Step Pyramid:

Discover the Step Pyramid of King Djoser, the first monumental stone building in human history. Originally intended as a simple mastaba, it evolved through multiple stages into the iconic stepped form, reaching nearly 200 feet (60 meters) in height — a true architectural marvel of the 3rd Dynasty.

Memphis City:

Visit the ancient city of Memphis in the village of Mitrahina, approximately 20 km (12.5 miles) south of Cairo. Founded as a royal citadel in the Early Dynastic Period, Memphis became the political and cultural capital under the Old Kingdom, strategically located between Upper and Lower Egypt. Known as “the balance of the two lands,” it played a central role in Egypt’s history.

🚗 At the end of the day, you’ll be comfortably driven back to your hotel to relax after an unforgettable journey through Egypt’s ancient treasures.

🍽️ After breakfast and check-out from your Cairo hotel, you will be transferred to Cairo Airport for your flight to Aswan. Upon arrival, meet your private Egyptologist guide and explore Aswan’s iconic highlights:

The High Dam:

Visit the impressive High Dam of Aswan, one of Egypt’s most significant modern achievements. Built as a symbol of the New Era following the 1952 Revolution, the dam provides water, electricity, and protection against destructive Nile floods, transforming life in Egypt.

The Unfinished Obelisk:

See the famous Unfinished Obelisk, the largest known obelisk in Egypt. Constructed during the reign of Hatshepsut (1478–1458 BC), this remarkable monument offers insight into ancient Egyptian stone-carving techniques.

Lunch: Enjoy a delicious meal at one of Aswan’s top local restaurants.

Philae Temple:

Explore the beautiful Philae Temple, originally located on Philae Island in the Nile. Known as "Apo" (Ivory) and later called Elephantine by the Greeks, it was an important trade center. After the construction of the High Dam, the temple of the Goddess Isis was relocated to Agilika Island, carefully reconstructed to mirror its original setting.

🏨 Overnight stay at a 5-star hotel in Aswan, reflecting on a day full of history and stunning Nile scenery.

🍽️ After breakfast and hotel check-out, you will be transferred by train to Luxor. Upon arrival, meet your private Egyptologist guide for a full-day tour exploring Luxor’s most famous monuments:

The Valley of the Kings:

Discover the burial grounds of pharaohs from the 18th to 20th Dynasties. Over a 500-year period starting in the 16th century BC, tombs were built for rulers including Ramses II and the young Tutankhamun. The valley was famously rediscovered in 1922 by British archaeologist Howard Carter, revealing priceless treasures and insights into ancient Egyptian funerary practices.

The Temple of Hatshepsut:

Visit the mortuary temple of Hatshepsut, ancient Egypt’s first female Pharaoh. Rising to power after the death of her father, Thutmose I, and her half-brother/husband, Thutmose II, Hatshepsut’s temple features terraces and colonnades, celebrating her extraordinary reign.

The Colossi of Memnon:

Stop for photos at the Colossi of Memnon — two enormous quartzite statues of Pharaoh Amenhotep III, the only remnants of his mortuary temple. These remarkable statues were transported over 700 km from Cairo to Luxor.

🍴 Enjoy lunch at one of Luxor’s top local restaurants on the East Bank, then continue to:

Karnak Temples:

Explore the magnificent Karnak Temple complex, the largest religious site ever built in Egypt. Walk through the Great Hypostyle Hall and visit the sacred lake. With three main temples spanning 247 acres, generations of pharaohs recorded their names here, making Karnak a true testament to Egypt’s ancient grandeur.

🏨 Return to your 5-star hotel in Luxor for an overnight stay, reflecting on a day immersed in history and architectural splendor.

🍽️ After breakfast and hotel check-out, transfer to Luxor Airport for your flight to Cairo. Upon arrival, meet your private Egyptologist guide to explore the capital’s top highlights:

The Egyptian Museum:

Visit the world-famous Egyptian Museum, home to the largest collection of ancient Egyptian artifacts. Discover over 150,000 authentic pieces, including treasures of Tutankhamun and artifacts dating back to 4000 BC, all located in the bustling Midan al-Tahrir.

Lunch: Enjoy a delicious meal at one of Cairo’s finest local restaurants.

Salah El Din Citadel:

Explore the historic Cairo Citadel, built under the Ayyubid dynasty between 1176 and 1207, and later extended to house Mamluk and Ottoman rulers. The citadel stands as a remarkable example of medieval Islamic military architecture.

The Alabaster Mosque of Mohamed Ali:

Visit the stunning Alabaster Mosque, commissioned by Mohamed Ali Pasha (1805–1848). Located on the site of the old sultan’s palace, the mosque features two slender minarets soaring 80 meters (269 ft), dominating Cairo’s skyline.

Khan El Khalili:

Drive to Islamic Cairo to explore Khan El Khalili, one of the oldest and most famous bazaars in the Middle East. Enjoy browsing traditional crafts, souvenirs, spices, and vibrant local culture.

🏨 Return to your Cairo hotel for an overnight stay, reflecting on a day rich in history, culture, and architecture.

🍽️ After breakfast at your hotel, your Egypt holidays package comes to a close. YourTourGuide will provide a private transfer to Cairo Airport and assist you with all departure formalities, ensuring a smooth and stress-free check-out as you bid farewell to Egypt’s wonders.
